Great app. I am not that mediocre in push ups but I decided to start from the lowest. I got really inspired in just two days and now I have a pattern. Having the app keeps me focused and helps me progress. Love it.
THIS APP IS THE BEST!!!! I love it so much.... This really inspires me. I can already do 30...! Also instead of taking 4 days off only take one (gym experts say that's the best.) Plus it only takes 40 days to finish! Do get this app and be a pro I'm no time
Works Pushes you just enough each day and if you stick to it you see improvement, great app.
I started with the lowest level of pushups, and just started the regular pushups. The workout has given achievable goals
2nd time around I've used this before but didn't keep it up! Ads are annoying and it costs to stop them. Grr! Probably advances too quickly for complete beginners, but simple enough to repeat workouts if needed.

Great motivator It's a simple app but it pushes you to meet your goals and be focused on the outcome. Never thought I'd be able to do more than ten push ups. Now I'm almost at a hundred.

I can do 100. 50 in one go now. I would say that works. Still use it just for the tracking. Done over 6k push-ups since Christmas.
Easy to use I'm using this in conjucture with the 10k running and crunch apps and while I just started the pushup and crunch apps I'm 3 weeks I to the 10k and seeing great results on my overall endurance. I'd assume this app will help greatly as well.

Great app! One question... Love the apps! Just a question: in my history that shows all fitness 22 history the calories say 0. How do I get it to start showing how many calories I've burned?
App is great. Great app overall, I even paid to not have ads, it just boggles my mind how it's possible for it to end at 5 sets of 20 push ups. Most people will blow by that mark in a month or two. EDIT: I understand that it's been designed with the beginners in mind, but you will not run out of space on user's devices by adding further training for people that would need it.
Solid program For those of us who do not need to BS ourselves about where we are and just want to improve overall strength, this is great. It's a nice gradual program that gives the body exactly what it needs to get stronger. No bells and whistles.

I had it in my old phone. Ones I added in my new one it's charging me $2 for the program. If only I used one it's not a big deal but I was using all the apps and for that I don't think I'll spend.
Pushups So I take in order to do full 10 weeks you have to upgrade... bummer. But the apps ok.

Great way to improve push-ups I really like the interface and the plan for different levels of ability for push-ups. I took away one star for two reasons. I don't like the app startup sound, it interferes my my music. Second, I would like the different apps to connect better.
Not very good if you already know how to do push-ups I thought this app was going to help in doing 100 consecutive push-ups, but instead it builds you to do 100 push-ups in increments of 20 (5) as the final test. I can do that now, and can do between 50-60 push-ups consecutively. I want to be able to do 100 push-ups and that's the app that I'm looking for.

If I had a wish It is ok but not great. I wish they had all the products combined into one app. So you run, do push ups, and abs all once. Today I opened the 5k app, sit ups, and push ups.
Definitely give it a try I'm only one week one and I started off being able to do 15 pushups in a row and this is a great app with a great pace. The motivation exactly what I needed. It's like celebrating a little goal every workout. I also have the 5k app and love it.
